Terms of Service — Review Draft

Purpose and status

GoTuned provides broadcasting, interpretation-support and optional AI, recording, camera and monitoring features, depending on the licensed edition and configuration. This draft describes proposed terms for counsel; it does not retrospectively replace an existing signed agreement or establish acceptance merely by visiting this page.

Authorized use and participants

Use the service lawfully and respect participants' privacy, content rights and applicable recording rules. Do not use it for unauthorized surveillance, impersonation or unlawful disclosure. An organizer should have appropriate authority for the session and explain enabled processing to participants. Review decision: Establish eligibility, minors' participation, acceptance, organization authority and any participant consent procedures.

Content and license

Proposed provision: Users retain their content rights. Any permission granted to the service should be limited to operating requested features and authorized sharing. Finalize software-license scope, permitted installations, seats/devices, redistribution restrictions and third-party obligations against each actual purchase offer.

AI and external services

AI captions and spoken translation involve OpenAI processing as described in the Privacy draft. Outputs may contain omissions, errors or invented text. Internet access, provider availability, separate provider charges and an appropriate configured account may be required. Review decision: Confirm which charges are included, who contracts with each provider and what happens if an AI feature is unavailable.

Purchases, renewals and refunds

Review decision: State the actual price/currency, license duration, trial terms, billing interval if recurring, renewal notices, cancellation steps, refund offer and statutory remedies. Do not infer a lifetime license or a nonrefundable purchase from this draft. Final terms must match checkout and the applicable order.

Security, suspension and termination

Installation operators should secure access, devices and any remote configuration. Final terms must allocate support, update, backup and security responsibilities. Review decision: Define suspension grounds, notice/cure opportunities where appropriate, termination, export and refund consequences.

Liability, disputes and contact

No numerical liability cap, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is established here. Counsel must determine any enforceable limitations, governing law, forum, notices and final business identity/address. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other non-waivable rights remain applicable.
