Monitoring and emergencies

Audio/video and monitoring features are aids, not a guarantee of continuous supervision, safety or emergency response. Devices, power, networks and providers can fail. Maintain appropriate direct supervision and an independent safety plan; use local emergency services when needed.

Recording and distribution

Explain recording, transcription, translation and distribution to participants. An organizer confirmation does not itself prove that every required participant consent exists. Recipients may retain copies of delivered audio, video, images or text. Review decision: Confirm suitable notices, permissions and restrictions for intended events and countries.

Privacy and mandatory rights

AI-enabled modes send information outside the local network. Read the Privacy draft before enabling them. This Disclaimer does not waive GoEnhanced's own applicable privacy/security duties or users' non-waivable rights. Counsel must review the final product claims, intended uses and liability provisions.
