Built on the same broadcast core as GoTuned's live interpretation tool - the "Monitor" use case just relabels Translator/Listener as Monitor/Viewer.

Note on remote viewing over the internet: when STUN/TURN remote access is enabled, iPhone can only join as a viewer over your local Wi-Fi — it can't connect as a viewer over the internet. Android can join as a viewer either way, local Wi-Fi or over the internet. Text messaging between the camera phone and viewer works on both iPhone and Android in both cases.
